Is there a deposit fee? 

Yes, we require a 50% deposit before orders are sent to design and or production.  The balance should be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

 

Can you print jobs that are different than the standard formats that you offer? 

Yes,we can print jobs that are different than the standard format.  Supply us the correct specifications and we can have your custom print job ready for print. 

 

Is there an extra charge for bleeds? 

No, Unlike many other companies, all our prices included full bleeds free of charge.

 

How do I order multiple pieces? 

To Keep things simple, please send us multiple files either by submitting them right here on our website or send them to our email address firstimpressionchicago@gmail.com.  You will need to specify the size, paper choice, due date and quanity on all orders submitted.

 

What kind of paper will my order be printed on? 

We have several paper types available, depending on what you are ordering.  Our most common paper choice is the Glossy Cardstock for Ad Books, invitations, pluggers/flyers, obituaries and much more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How long will it take to receive a proof? 

You will receive a proof 24-72 hours after order is submitted and a deposit has been made.

 

 

 

 

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Most jobs will be availible for pick up or delivery 24- 48 hours once proof is approved. 

 

Can I change my artwork files? 

Yes you can change your artwork files before approving your final proof.

 

 

 

 

 

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes you can cancel your order however once you "Confirm Your Order" and submit your order, no refunds will be given for orders that have been received by our prepress department.

Yet, if you want to make change after your approval there you may be subject to a fee for corrections.
